Providing emergency relief to children in Lusaka suffering from malnutrition.

Bethany Christian Services is partnering with Alliance for Children Everywhere (ACE) in Zambia to provide International Sponsorship support for the children in their care. Bethany and ACE-Zambia began this partnership in June 2008 with their Milk and Medicine program for children living in the House of Moses.

An infant cannot survive without milk. Unfortunately, a household trying to survive on $1 each day cannot afford even the basic necessities for their children. Your International Sponsorship will provide infants with vitamin-rich formula.

A child may lose his/her life because of a simple infection that could have been cured with a $2 antibiotic. Where medicine is needed, your International Sponsorship will be there to save lives.

In addition to love and prayers, the children in the House of Moses receive a warm bed, nutritious daily meals, clothing, and medical and developmental services. Parents and extended families of the children hear the Gospel and receive Christian counseling, parenting education, family support, and assistance with micro-loans to enable them to care for their families.
