When I was only three months, my parents asked that I be cared for in an orphanage because they didn’t have the means to care for me at home. I have mental delays and epilepsy, hyperkinesis, convergent strabismus and bipiramidal syndrome. My parents didn't have the resources to meet my many needs. In November 2001 a foster family was found for me.
