I have experienced a significant amount of loss in my short life but I know that God loves me and is caring for me. My mother died when I was very young and my alcoholic father was unable to care for me, so I was placed in an orphanage. I thought I would be separated from my step-brother and sister, but God took care to see that we stayed together. Bethany found a foster family for my brother, and after learning of my sister and I, the family decided to open their home to all of us.
